Birdie Blouse
I made this top a while back using the pattern for the "Petal Top" in Emma Hardy's Making Children's Clothing book. I adjusted the length, made the neck hole smaller, and took off the long sleeves (gave it "flutter" sleeves). I love this top so much I think I'm going to create my own pattern with the flutter sleeves. The material is a cotton Alexander Henry design.

ReplyDeleteWhere can I find this pattern?
ReplyDeleteI adjusted a previous pattern quite a bit to make it. It originally was shorter, long-sleeved, and wider. I'm going to be making a pattern for this top to sell in the next few months! Feel free to check back. It will be my first pattern to sell :)
