Flutter Skirt

Right before Littlemiss's second birthday in September I made her a cute, flowery ruffle skirt. A little girl can't have too many ruffle skirts! It's the flutter skirt pattern by Sew Sweet Patterns, which I found on Etsy. The fabric is a cotton print from Joanns. This is another skirt I'm entering for pure fun into Skirt Week at Crafterhours. Click on the button below to check out the awesome skirts other people have created!

At her 2nd birthday party covered in sidewalk chalk paint!

Love how it gathers in the back with the bow.

    1. Thank you! It took a few hours not including cutting time. I did a few things extra the pattern didn't call for, like serging the seams inside and topstitching above each ruffle to give it a more finished look. I ended up taking it in around the waist a bit because it was too big as well. It is one of my favorite items I've ever made and will make more!
