Spring Top Sewalong

I am itching for some cute spring/summer tops that can hold up to the Texas heat. So, I am doing Made By Rae's Spring Top Sewalong! I've pulled one really late night sewing this top...I was up til 3am!!! I used Amy Butler's the "Liverpool" pattern and a linen blend (I'm slightly obsessed with linen fabrics). I used the bodice of the pattern to create the bodice of the shirt. I altered the armholes (to make them trimmer), omitted the collar, adjusted the length, and added the ruffle. I am really pleased with how it turned out. It's so comfortable and will be great for the weather here!

    1. Thank you! I can never find shirts in this style to fit me, so making one to custom fit made sense.

    1. I used Amy Butler's tunic pattern to help me make the bodice. I adjusted it to fit me better and adjusted the arm openings. Thanks!
