Happy Easter!

On Easter morning Jemma woke up at 3am with a croupy cough and fever. So we didn't get to go to church or hang out with extended family. It ended up being what we all needed...a little rest and relaxation. I did take pictures in their Easter outfits the day before, because I wouldn't dare try to cram it into a Sunday morning!

If you haven't seen my previous posts, I repurposed an old women's dress (here) for the green and white striped material (used for Jemma's dress and Rory's tie), and a sheer curtain (Jemma's dress). I posted pics and pattern information of Jemma's dress here and Rory's outfit here.

He just sat their so still, quiet, and content.

She got close to him to take a picture and he pulled her hair. Poor girl doesn't understand that he isn't doing it on purpose.

Jemma is usually hard to get to smile for a picture, BUT she was all about posing in her Easter dress! So I took advantage of her happy mood and let her run around while I snapped away.

I asked her to sit in the chair and cross her legs...well, look at that!
