Remember the shirt I used to make the top of the Stacked Ruffles Dress, well I used the arms of the shirt to make Littlemiss some ruffled leggings. Obsessed with ruffles much!?! You can't go wrong with girls and ruffles.
Yikes! See the length difference? I had them on a bit sideways, they aren't really shorter in one leg thankfully!

I measure the length and width using a pair of her leggings. They were just long enough! I tried something new to make the ruffles using Happy Together's ruffled leggings tutorial.
